Article 12 (Unspecified clause)
Matters not stipulated in this agreement or matters whose interpretation is doubtful shall be interpreted based on the principle of good faith and efforts shall be made for individual resolution.
The Company shall operate this service in good faith in light of the purpose of the preceding paragraph and shall endeavor to operate it smoothly.


Article 13 (Governing law and exclusive agreement jurisdiction court)
The governing law of this agreement shall be Japanese law.
For disputes related to this service and this website, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.


Supplementary Provisions This agreement shall be enacted on May 1, 3rd year of Reiwa and shall come into effect on the same day.
